姚基金简介

姚基金是由中国篮球运动员姚明发起，在中国青少年发展基金会架构下设立的专项慈善公益基金。姚基金将致力于助学兴教，促进青少年健康与福利等各种社会公益慈善活动，并以此为平台帮助推动中国青少年慈善公益事业的发展，让每一个需要帮助的孩子拥有健康灿烂的明天。

姚基金作为下设在中国青少年发展基金会架构下独立运作的专项慈善公益基金，在成立起始阶段主要目标是支持汶川地震灾区的重建，特别是符合抗震要求高质量学校的建设；支持相关援助青少年的项目；以及在未来相当长时间内不断唤起社会各方对地震灾区重建中青少年问题及需求的关注。 姚基金全部捐款所得和支出都将通过姚基金官方网站www.yaofoundation.cn明示公布，并将聘请国际知名会计事务所进行审计监督。

招聘职位：姚基金负责人

工作地点：北京

岗位职责：

• 全面负责基金会日常经营管理；
• 协助姚明完成基金会年度既定目标；
• 以传播姚基金理念和价值观为使命，树立项目良好的公众形象；
• 负责管理和监督项目的论证调研、推荐申请、协议签署、具体执行、评估总结等工作；

职位要求：

• 两年以上慈善项目管理经验；有海外基金会工作经历者优先考虑；
• 英语听、说、读、写流利；
• 具有较强的组织管理能力和沟通协调能力；

Position Title: Yao Foundation Executive Director

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

• Oversees operations of the Yao’s Foundation;
• Assist Yao to implements the goals and objectives of the Foundation’s strategic plan；
• Promote the vision and mission of the Foundation and establish a good public image of it;
• Responsible for the management and supervision of project appraisal, application, implementation and evaluation etc;

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years management experiences of Charity project; Overseas Charity work experience is preferred;
• Excellent command of Spoken and Written English;
• Has a strong organization and management ability and communication and coordination capacity;
