为进一步缓解乡村体育师资专业能力不足的问题，倡导”以体育人”公益理念，2019年，姚基金启动了乡村体育师资培养星空计划，组织国内顶级专家团队，设计符合乡村学校发展现状的培训课程。2024年，姚基金携手北京老牛兄妹公益基金会、NBA关怀行动、视源公益等合作伙伴共同开展乡村体育教师培训，推动课后课外以及社区篮球服务，举行了2期中国篮协E级教练员公益培训班、姚基金·NBA关怀行动希望篮途师资培训计划等活动。让更多乡村孩子在专业体育教师的传授下，掌握篮球技能，享受体育乐趣。进一步推动体教融合，落实“双减”政策，以及乡村振兴和健康中国战略的实施。

To ease the circumstance of lacking physical education expertise in underprivileged areas and to embrace the initiative of “growing with sports”, Yao Foundation launched the rural physical education teacher training “Starry Sky Plan” in 2019. A team of top domestic experts gathered to design training courses to align with the current status of rural schools. In 2024, Yao Foundation partnered with the Beijing Laoniu Brother & Sister Foundation, NBA Cares, and Shiyuan Foundation to jointly conduct rural physical education teacher training, promoting after-school and community basketball services by organizing events such as two seasons of the China Basketball Association E-Level Coach Training, Yao Foundation·NBA Cares Hope Basket Teacher Training Plan. More rural children are able to learn basketball skills and experience the joy of athletics under the guidance of professional sports educators. Yao Foundation's initiatives such as integrating sports and education, implementing "Double Reduction" policy, and carrying out rural revitalization and the Healthy China strategy are promoted through these events.

至2024年，姚基金乡村体育师资培养“星空计划”累计为19个省（直辖市、自治区）总计1489名乡村体育教师（包括E级教练员）提供培训，并在云南、广西、内蒙古、山东、海南5省（自治区）开展姚基金社区篮球服务计划，累计培训250名乡村体育老师获得中国篮协E级教练员资格。

By the end of 2024, Yao Foundation's Rural Physical Education Teacher Training "Starry Sky Plan" has provided training for a total of 1,489 rural sports teachers/E-level coaches across 19 provinces (including autonomous regions and municipalities). Additionally, Yao Foundation Community Basketball E-level Coach Training has been implemented in 5 provinces/autonomous regions including Yunnan, Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, and Hainan. 250 rural physical education teachers have acquired CBA E-Level Coach accreditation through this program.
