一、项目介绍（Project Introduction）

2012年，姚基金正式启动拳头项目——姚基金篮球季，将工作重心转向体育教育。姚基金篮球季是国内首个专门为中国青少年量身定做的公益项目，通过硬件+软件+集训+联赛，即专业的志愿者支教、体育课教授、篮球训练、集训及联赛等形式，进一步缓解乡村小学体育师资不足、体育课程和体育活动缺失的问题，让更多的乡村学生因体育而获得成长，提升乡村体育教育水平和体育氛围。

In 2012, Yao Foundation officially launched its flagship program - Yao Foundation  Basketball Season, and shifted its focus to sports education. This program is the first public welfare project in China tailored specifically for the Chinese youth. It addresses the shortage of physical education teachers, the lack of sports courses, and the absence of sports activities in rural primary schools through a combination of hardware, software, training, and competitions, including professional volunteer teaching, physical education classes, basketball training, intensive training, and league competitions, which aims to promote growth through sports for more rural students and enhances the level and atmosphere of sports education in rural areas.

二、项目模式（Project Pattern）

篮球季不是简单的物资寄递或传统的志愿者支教，而是基于乡村体育设施落后、师资匮乏、教学落后、体育氛围薄弱等现状，设计出了一套有效缓解这些问题的综合性解决方案。姚基金与各地青少年发展基金会、高等院校、合作伙伴紧密联动，通过创新的合作模式，由地方高校提供专业志愿者支持，地方政府/青基会提供整体运作支持，捐赠方提供资源支持，项目学校配合项目落地，从体制内入手，针对体制内的需求点和契合点，撬动各方专业资源，让项目建立初步规模，达到“运作起来”的目的。

Yao Foundation Basketball Season is not merely a simple delivery of supplies or traditional volunteer teaching, but a comprehensive solution designed to effectively alleviate the issues of outdated sports facilities, lack of teaching staff, backward teaching, and weak sports atmosphere in rural areas. Yao Foundation works closely with local youth development foundations, universities, and partners through an innovative cooperation model. Local universities provide professional volunteer support. Local governments or youth foundations offer overall operational support. Donors provide resource support. And project schools cooperate with the project's implementation. Starting from within the system, targeting the needs and points of integration within the system, the project leverages professional resources from all parties to establish an initial scale and achieve the goal of "getting the operation started."

与此同时，篮球季项目把硬件捐赠、专业志愿者支教、篮球训练、层级联赛等内容有机的结合起来，通过现有运作模式所具备的优势，在时间效率和覆盖面上获得了成功。

At the same time, Yao Foundation Basketball Season project integrates hardware donations, professional volunteer teaching, basketball training, and tiered leagues organically. By leveraging the advantages of the existing operational model, the project has achieved success in terms of time efficiency and coverage.

通过姚基金篮球季项目的专业运作，包括地方政府、地方高校、项目学校、捐赠企业在内的各相关方，在从不同维度支持公益的同时也获得了项目自身带来的反馈与增益。

Through the professional operation of Yao Foundation Basketball Season project, various stakeholders, including local governments, local universities, project schools, and donor enterprises, have not only supported public welfare from different dimensions but have also received feedback and benefits brought by the project itself.

三、项目成果（Project Outcome）

截至 2025 年，“姚基金篮球季” 已连续举办 14届。累计支持乡村学校6700余所，派出9200余名支教志愿者，培训1600余名乡村教师，约840万人次乡村地区青少年从中获益。

By 2025, Yao Foundation Basketball Season has been held for 14 years successively. It has supported over 6,700 rural schools, dispatched more than 9,200 volunteer teachers, trained over 1,600 rural teachers, and benefited approximately 8.4 million rural teenagers.

四、2025姚基金篮球季（2025 Yao Foundation Basketball Season）

2025第十四届姚基金篮球季全国集训及联赛在福建平潭圆满落幕，通过专业的志愿者支教、体育课教授、篮球训练、集训及联赛等形式，缓解乡村小学体育师资不足、体育课程和体育活动缺失的问题，让更多的乡村学生因体育而获得成长。

The 14th Yao Foundation Basketball Season National Training and Competition concluded successfully in Pingtan, Fujian, in 2025.

Through professional volunteer teaching, physical education instruction, basketball training, intensive coaching, and league competitions, the event addressed the shortage of physical education teachers, the lack of sports courses, and the absence of sports activities in rural primary schools, and allowed more rural students to grow through sports.

伴随着体教融合和体育强国战略的实施，作为国内最早开展实施乡村学校体育教育的公益组织，2025年姚基金在项目结构方面，将实施重大优化升级：一是大幅增加赛事供给，在现有三级联赛体系基础上增设校际主客场联赛机制，增加学生参与机会。二是采取"支教+培训"双轨并行策略，提升在编体育教师的教学能力。三是启动"最后一公里"专项计划，确保体育教育资源惠及更多乡村儿童。未来，姚基金将用实际行动把“以体育人”的理念传递给更多乡村地区的孩子，让他们因为体育而成长，因为运动而快乐。

With the implementation of the strategy of integrating sports and education and building a leading sports nation, as one of the earliest public welfare organizations dedicated to promoting rural school sports education in China, the Yao Foundation will implement significant optimizations and upgrades to its project structure in 2025. First, it will substantially increase the supply of competitions by adding a home-and-away league mechanism at the inter-school level based on the existing three-tier league system, thereby providing students with more participation opportunities. Second, it will adopt a dual-track strategy combining "volunteer teaching + training" to enhance the teaching capabilities of in-service physical education teachers. Third, it will launch the "Last Mile" special program to ensure that sports education resources benefit more rural children. In the future, the Yao Foundation will take concrete actions to convey the philosophy of "empowering children through sports" to more children in rural areas, enabling them to grow through sports and find joy in physical activity.
